One of the most exciting additions to the new Paul K Restaurant is the Chef's younger brother Cris who made his living as a baker and pastry chef at restaurants around the globe before joining this new family venture in South Florida. Mornings at Paul K start well before the sun rises as the brothers start baking the breads and sweets that are the highlight of every service. Chef Paul now happily refers to Cris as his "secret ingredient."

Enjoy a classic Mediterranean morning repast of fresh fruit, house-made granola and authentic Greek-style yogurt or sample the farm fresh eggs and Paul's own merguez sausages that are flavored with spices from North Africa. A number of unique regional breakfast dishes will also be served seasonally...
